2. Services Offered
We provide:

- Solar inverters and battery systems
- Maintenance and repair services
- Energy consultation and feasibility analysis
- Government subsidy guidance (where applicable)
All services are subject to availability and site feasibility assessments.
3. Quotations & Payments
- Prices may vary based on site conditions and technical requirements.
- Payment terms will be specified in the invoice or service agreement.
- Delayed payments may attract applicable interest charges.
- We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding payments are cleared.
4. Installation & Site Requirements
- The customer must provide safe and unobstructed access to the installation site.
- The Company is not responsible for structural issues not disclosed before installation.
- Additional costs arising from unforeseen site conditions will be communicated and billed separately.
5. Warranties
- Solar panels and inverters carry manufacturer warranties.
- Workmanship warranty is provided for 1 year maximum from the installation date.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Government Subsidies
- Subsidy eligibility depends on government regulations.
- The Company does not guarantee approval or timely disbursement.
- Customers are responsible for submitting the required documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to the value of the service contract.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, designs, and materials are owned by Neal Solar and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation before installation may attract administrative charges.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days.
- Custom equipment orders may not be refundable.
10. Unforeseen Circumstances
- We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or events beyond our control.
11. Amendments
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
